Biodiversity and Ecosystem Portfolio outline
RESEARCH Powerpoint PROJECT:
A. Choose a living organism from the animal kingdom that you are interested in and
would like to research. This will be the title of your slideshow/powerpoint. Please
include your name and course. Ex. Tiger (Panthera tigris) Brittany Sutton 7th grade
science.
B. Your project must include the following information using each number as the title of
the slides with the information that is being asked off within that slide. A picture must
be added to each slide as well.
C. A theme/background color must be selected for creativeness.
Outline for slideshow presentation

List the animal you have chosen classification in order
(Kingdom, Phylum, Class, Order, Family, Genus, Species)
2)Ecosystem:
Create a slide describing your animal living in its habitat (include both living
organisms and geographic features that interact with your chosen animal in its
environment.)
3) Adaptations:

● Water pollution
● Greenhouse effect
● Natural selection
● Coral whitening
● Erosion and deforestation
● Earth Radiation Budget
● Capture-mark-recapture
8)Design Solution:
Select 1 solution for your ecosystem to compare to the first design adding facts about your
issues in which the environment may be experiencing
*Please see attachment on how the PowerPoint should look. The animal I chose to do is the Military Macaws.
