This article talks about the SSD vs HDD drive types and pros and cons of each.
QUESTION 1: Review the advantages and disadvantages discussed in the article.
- Provide your thoughts and considerations regarding a newly constructed data center.
- Discuss why you feel a specific drive type lends itself better for use in a new data center environment.
QUESTION 2: Consider the various connection (connector) types such as IDE, SATA, SCSI and Serial Attached SCSI.
- If an IT department was given the requirement to move large amounts of data, which connector type would be most appropriate. Why?
