In the past, the government was known for bureaucracy and red tape; however, much like in business, the government is trying harder to promote customer satisfaction. For this paper, you will need to find an article that relates to the learning objective two, how to promote customer satisfaction. Then summarize and discuss the article as well as describe based on what you have learned how you would identify current issues or a specific problem and how to remedy the issue or problem. Remember to include a link to the article and to include other references to support your ideas.

Write a two-page paper, plus the title page and a reference page on the topic.
